I recently visited Sarwaana Bhavan in Rayners Lane to have dinner. The food was okay on the most part, however I was extremely disappointed and upset with one of the staff - a white, middle-aged waitress who had no manners whatsoever. One member of the party received uncooked food, to which this waitress attempted to accuse the member in question of being too fussy and lying about this in order to get a new plate of food (which another waiter agreed was definitely undercooked). She then proceeded to walk away, give us funny looks and ignore our table completely throughout the rest of the evening, which I was extremely upset and angry at. Otherwise, my past experiences at Sarwaana Bhavan had been positive until this point, but I hope that this disgraceful waitress does not serve another person, to save them from the same experience that I did.
