Poor and overly priced products, Greedy owner, very poor knowledge of staff. This is an online shop with a storage unit at the rear, I have bought several consumable items that have been gnawed, by what one can only assume are rodents.
When asked for refund the owner Sunil, simply states, that there is nothing wrong with the product, has he not heard of “Wiels Disease” (passed on by Vermin).
If you check the prices of his products, they are double if not triple of those on the high street/holland barret or if you can wait Amazon!
The staff have to go and ask the boss for everything and when he comes out of his hidey-hole he has no clue.
The inferior goods, often damaged with rodents running around chewing his homemade items are really ones to miss and as such you should give the shop of an ignoramus clown masquerading as a health shop a miss too, as your health will be on a definite downer.
I would even go as far to say the local authority should be informed and this place is shut down and not allowed to re-open in leafy Pinner.
