Zero star for service. Ill bred nincompoops for staff, obnoxious belligerent Karen who cannot fathom how a customer pays for goods which in turn pays her salary. Appallingly bad atmosphere and after you waited a long time, you are treated as if someone is doing you a huge favour. I did them a favour - I took my money across the street to their competition in St Anne's Road.
