This is a very dishonest firm, avoid. I booked a cab from North London to Heathrow and agreed a price on the phone. While I was bringing my bags to the car, the driver demanded extra money from my mother in law without me knowing. Then on arrival demanded more money from me (I paid as I was in a rush to make my flight). When I later realised what had happened, I complained. The management assured me it was a misunderstanding and promised me a refund. After several follow up emails and a wait of several months, I still have not received the refund. Terrible experience.
