I went to the salon for a hair cut and was offerred a treatment. I declined. When they were washing my hair the stylist said - he's going to apply the treatment so that I can try it. I reluctantly said 'ok' thinking it was a free trial. When it came to paying they charged me £15 for the treatment. I am waiting for a refund. This is not honest behaviour - basically I was conned into accepting a 1 minute 'treatment' for £15. A treatment that I did not want or know what is actually was. Needless to say I am striking this salon off my list!
