The staff are either incompetent or under trained. I visited Crazy London (previously the Crazy Horse) last Saturday. The venue looks like it can hold three of hundred people, but the number of clients didn't cross one hundred. Initially I was waiting at the bar for 20 minutes while the staff were busy making the previous customer two cocktails. When I finally got to order the staff took another half an hour to make two relatively simple cocktails. When I came back to order my next round the manager had told his staff that they should not do any more cocktails as they 'take too long'. I asked to talk to the manager why his bar tender who was not doing anything couldn't serve me and he snatched the cocktail menu from my hand and lectured me how he had a more important order than me to serve. To top it all off, the manager started walking around his club and taking photos of the clientele while his staff were standing aimlessly at the bar. I don't believe his claim that his staff are so busy to serve me the drink that I actually wanted when they were busy doing nothing.
