Terrible service. I would not recommend them at all the only reason I gave them a star is because it was required. Complete lack of communication throughout our entire tenancy. Mould issue in one of the rooms blamed on us after 3 weeks in the property despite it being noted in the check in!!!! Workman being sent who I do not believe were vetted at all, and now to top it all off deposit due back today (10 days after check out) and I am being told that they may or may not get it done as they are "too busy". When I advised it was their responsibility I was told I was being aggressive! Absolute joke.
