Awful service. Bad customer engagement and a very lengthy process of getting an answer out of these people. I have been expecting a refund for the past 3 months and am still yet to see a sign of my money. I have contacted the airline that they supposedly are in partnership with and they assured me that the money had been transferred to emailflights.com and it was now in their hands (they obviously told me otherwise) and are neglecting to reply to any of my emails.
