We have been a regular user of Classic Cars for all our holiday trips
The outward journey is normally very good and on time
The returns journey , even after giving them all possible information, sending them SMS , getting a friend in UK to call them, is a non existent service
On 11 June for our return trip, the BA flight was delayed, they were aware of it, the driver [do not know IF he was calling from the vicinity of the airport] called me as soon as we had landed - I explained that we need to go through immigration then collect our bags before we come out - I could not honestly give him a time frame [ I don't think anyone can] - his response, I will not wait and that was it. I called the office, same response
Please do not use this company for return pick up at all
