Tyres were changed on Thursday second hand and Friday went flat, i understand no one would give guarantee on second hand tyre but no one could say tire is completely gone need to replace within 2 days.
Very disappointing customer service. The staff were rude and gave unhelpful responses when I tried to get assistance. To make matters worse, I was told to βf*** off,β which is completely unacceptable when speaking to a customer. I would not recommend this tyre shop based on the way I was treated. Management should seriously address the staffβs attitude and customer service.
