The passing of loved ones is the most tender time in our lives, each person and family is very individual with how they need support during this time.

My fathers passing was very emotional for a number of reasons, the way my requirements were respected, honoured and fulfilled by Ash, words cannot express this gratitude.

He took every detail, provided me the support without being pushy or demanding and was thoroughly respectful in every moment.

My dad passed 23/10/2016 and forgot to leave a review, today I attended another funeral and meet Ash again. Even to this day his commitment to serving families astounds me. He deserves some form of official recommendation for his service.
