Horrible. I paid £40 for uneven nails. I asked for rough shape but on some fingers I have square, I got acrylics and gel on top and my nails are not even paint properly as on he side u can see plus after pain the lady didn’t even clean around my skin as it’s dirty of gel. The colour is quite far from cuticle so it’s look like I need infill and just did them. They not taking bookings for Xmas just walking in so u won’t be sure if u will be able to have ur nail done and they ask I to wait. Ridiculous! People don’t have time to wait hours as everyone is busy for Xmas !
So disappointed plus they talk their language front of clients so disrespectful and unprofessional!

so rude in here. I asked for acrylic nails to be taken off, and the staff were so rude and they butchered my nail, they made them sooo weak and frail. AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very rude staff has attitude problem need training in customer service made me feel very uncomfortable not friendly to advise charged me extra six pounds saying I need manicure just pushed my cuticles
Was miserable while doing my nails and just found out she charged me extra pound as well will not recommend at all to go there
