I went to Canons Pharmacy recently to look for some skin products and found the two women working there completely ignoring my requests for assistance, but being very helpful and attentive to another lady customer. When I asked for recommendations the younger woman at the counter rudely told me to 'look it up myself' and asked me if I had 'heard of the internet'. Is that good customer service?
