Awfully rude owner unwilling to answer questions, when you ask inquisitively about the nature of different carpets he becomes very general "all carpets flatten". Ive been twice, when asking about possible installation and underlay he flat out refused to help in answering any questions. His answer to most things is I've been in the business for fifteen years, that's not a very useful response...woolworths ran for longer and eventually went bust...
