Stay away from this agent if you expect good service. I would never rent through Paige and Petrook again. Extremely rude, unhelpful staff and very patronising whenever I had any dealings with them. I was ill informed\not informed at all when the property I was living in was sold. I had been given a date that my tenancy expired yet completion on the sale took place 3 weeks early.I had paid my rent up until the date I had been informed tenancy would cease yet when I requested the refund due for the 3 weeks overpaid I was informer very rudely that I was not entitled to a refund and that they would not be discussing this any further with me! Obviously this amount was several hundred pounds and as yet I have not received what I am entitled to. The new landlord obviously required payment (A private landlord not letting through Paige and Petrook) and therefore I ended up paying a second lot of rent for the same period so that I did not face eviction and the wait for my refund goes on. Livid. Customer Service is something this letting agency needs to be trained in. I'm disgusted.
