Bunch of parki kunz. I booked a driver. They didn't send anyone. Then kept calling them to ask where the driver was and their mouthy parki bish started mouthing off at me like she was the queen of England. Absolutely pathetic company. Then 1.5 hours after the booking their terk calls me asking me where I am. By then I had already taken the train. What an absolute bunch of wansters. 29-06-19

This is a rip off company. They charged me 20 pounds for a 1.3 mile journey. When I complained to the office, he said this was an acceptable rate and next time I should go with another firm. I was better off using a black cab. Never use them again 08-01-19

This is a very dishonest firm, avoid.

I booked a cab from North London to Heathrow and agreed a price on the phone. While I was bringing my bags to the car, the driver demanded extra money from my mother in law without me knowing. Then on arrival demanded more money from me (I paid as I was in a rush to make my flight). When I later realised what had happened, I complained. The management assured me it was a misunderstanding and promised me a refund. After several follow up emails and a wait of several months, I still have not received the refund. Terrible experience. 24-07-18

AtoZ Minicabs is a very helpful company. Very clean cars and cheap. I Phoned them last minute as the other minicab company let me down, they sent me a driver within 10 minutes and the driver was very helpful and kind.
