I booked a taxi to take me to my GP for an urgent appointment because I am in pain and struggle to walk after surgery on a broken leg. I asked to be picked up near the door of my house, where I was already waiting. When the driver arrived, he called and told me to walk distant to a street whose name he didn’t even know, his English was very bad. When I started explaining to him that it was difficult for me to walk, he hung up, I was waiting hopping he would call me back, then I called the company twice, all they could say was that they would talk to the driver. I had no choice to choose another company. I was late for my appointment and was under a lot of stress!

Recent pickups at Gatwick and Luton airports have been a hassle.
The drivers sit outside the airport and call, but the signal where they are is too poor to be heard. I have to re-call several times to say I’m at the designated pickup point at the airport and then they arrive. Frustrating.

The driver arrived 25 minutes late -no apology. Grunted at me rather than saying hello or checking my name and the car smelled badly. It clearly hadnt been aired for sometime. I was supposed to be somewhere by that time and it impacted on those plans. Not only was there no perspex to protect passenger and driver in these covid times, but the driver was not even wearing a mask, which I thought was mandatory. This is really poor behaviour in covid times. The driver was rude and shouted at me when I opened the window to orotect myself with some fresh air. His whole manner was arrogant, abrupt and and rude. In fact the whole experience was appalling. I almost asked him to stop and let me out but I did not know where I was and it was dark and I was already late. His driving was erratic and his manner remained rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Will never be using Fleetline again especially as this is not the first time ive experienced issues with fleetline. I rang them the next gay to share my experience and ask them to look into these issues The guy there was even ruder and unprofessional. He kept speaking over me so never actually listened. Eventually he said he'd ring ne next day. Of course I knew he wouldnt and he hasnt (two weeks later). Stay clear

I have used Fleetline mini cab service for many years now, having lived in Harrow for over 50 years. I have always been a faithful customer turning only to them when I needed a cab. Alas! the service has gone down those last few years. Some drivers don't bother to get out of their cabs when picking up fares at Supermarkets. This happened to me again last Monday. The cab I ordered arrived at our local Tesco's, driver parked and stayed in his car. Apparently, so he told me, he was looking in my direction so I should've spotted him. Trouble is I am as blind as a bat with no sight in my right eye and just a little bit in my left eye, so there was no way I could identify him as a Fleetline mini cab driver. When he saw I wasn't budging, he tried to ring my number without success and eventually got off his vehicle. To day I ordered another cab and asked the lady dispatcher if she would please ask the driver to get off the car to which she rudely and sarcastically replied that drivers don't have to, what I needed was in fact a chauffeur. Really? So what do you expect me to do with my shopping trolley whilst I go inquiring to a parked car if they were a cab meant for me? And furthermore am I, if I possibly could, supposed to open the boot of the cab to unload my shopping ? This has been a tradition for years and those drivers who don't want to shift themselves and give a bit of. Customer Service are surely in the wrong job and its seems that the lady who takes the calls is in full agreement with it. Rude and sarcastic and even cut me off. Hope one day she gets vulnerable and see how she likes having to open cab boots and unload her shopping whilst the driver stays put in his seat. I am awfully disappointed; as it's the norm nowadays customers are nothing but nuisance. The printed review dating 2016 is bang on and Fleetline obviously don't care since nothing has improved. Some of its drivers are very good and helpful but not many of them. Don't use Fleetline if you need help with opening the boot and offload your shopping if you are almost blind, blind or disabled, the dispatcher will tell you to get a chauffeur, in a sarcastic and talk down to you tone. Thank you for when the Service was good Fleetline but from now on I shall not be using your company again.

(-5) utterly horrible and threatening treatment (by the so called controller and dispatcher), despite having waited at the airport for pick-up for over 45 minutes. not a slightest sign of professionalism nor customer service (despite being a customer for years and being tolerant so many times about the delays). was forced to make alternate arrangements.
